Do you offer snap replacement for your diapers?
Yes! Just pay shipping and handling TO us and we will replace any damaged snaps to your diapers and send them back within 3 days of receiving. E-mail us at Jeri.Young@gmail.com for address.
When will my order be shipped?
Generally any ready-made orders will be shipped out on the Friday immediately following your order. Please allow 2 days per custom ordered cloth set, 7 for custom carriers.
What is your return policy?
If there is something wrong with the product, I will gladly fix it, replace or refund your money.
However, if you don't like it, I would gladly exchange it for something else or you may have store credit... I can also repost it for sale for you on our 'resale' area for a discounted price and refund the money made from the sale to you. Additionally, there are wonderful places elsewhere you can sell.
Do you offer snap replacement on competitor's items?
Yes, please note that we only use white resin snaps at Magician's Garden so they may not match what is already on your item. We charge 25 cents per snap repaired on competitor's items and you pay shipping each way. If you wish for us to repair a snap on a competitor's item, please E-mail us at JeriandEric1975@wowway.com for details.
How long will I have to wait for a custom order?
The current wait time for carriers is Approximately 10-14 business days plus shipping. Instock carriers ship within 3 business days. Please remember this is only an approximation, as with anything in life occasionally things do occur to prolong the time a bit (fabric restocking, or illness etc). We do our best to meet these timeframes but we do greatly appreciate your patience and understanding when for whatever reason we are not able to.
Diapers generally ship within 7-10 days depending on quantity ordered.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to accomodate order changes. We will however allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. (however cancellations for purposes of reordering is NOT acceptable and will not be allowed).
